is the number one Jakks WWF Action Figure retailer on the Internet.
We're here to help you! We know how hard
it can be to find brand new WWF Figures in your local stores.
That's why we strive to provide you with the best possible WWF
shopping experience on the web. If you ever have any questions
or concerns about a product or an order, simply e-mail:

Please allow 3-5 business days for a reply due to the thousands of inquiries
we receive each day!
How do I place
an order?

When you see an item you want to purchase, click on the "Add Item To
Cart" graphic and your item will be added to your on-line shopping cart.

After you have added all items that you wish to purchase to your cart, click
the "Checkout" Bar located at the upper right corner of the shopping cart
screen.

At the end of the order process you will get to a page with your order form,
print it out and mail it to us along with the payment. Exact ordering
instructions are on the order form.

If you encounter any problems or errors with the shopping cart, please send
us an
e-mail
so that we can correct it ASAP.

Please note that credit card orders will not be processed unless the billing
address you use is the same as the mailing address of the credit card statement.
We will ship anywhere in the continental U.S. to anyone, but the billing
address information MUST match the card holder's information and be billed
in the the US. NO EXCEPTIONS! We prosecute all credit card fraud.

How will my order
be shipped?
Ringside Collectibles
ships all orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail 2-3 Day Service. FedEx
Overnight shipping is available upon request. Please e-mail us if you
are interested. Overnight shipping rates are substantially higher than Priority
Mail. Overseas shipping rates are substantially higher than US rates
and will be calculated during the Checkout process.
When will I receive
my order?
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery on all in stock items.
What new figures
are coming out in the future?
All new figure information is put up as soon as we receive it. Keep
checking our "Coming Soon" page. We cannot reply to e-mails requesting
advanced information or photographs. As soon as we receive new
product photographs and information we put it on our Coming Soon page.

I have a question about my order, who do I contact?

if you have any questions or concerns about your order. Please remember
that normal delivery time is 2-4 weeks. If you have ordered
merchandise and have not received it after the 4 week time period, please
send an email to
[email protected]
using the subject "NON-RECEIPT OF ORDER # ____".
( Use the order # from your invoice)
When you send the mail, please list the following:
1) Your order/invoice number
2) Your complete name and mailing address that was used on the order form
3) If you paid by credit card, check or money order
4) Exactly the items that you ordered
5) The date that you placed your order or mailed it in with payment.

From Canada, Australia, Germany, England, Japan, Kuwait, The Bahamas,
and more we have been providing customers around the globe
the opportunity to purchase the latest WWF Figures. Simply
complete your order online and send us either the credit card validation
information or the payment

will get back to you promptly with complete ordering and shipping cost

What does Pre-Ordering an item mean?
When you pre-order an item, you pay for the figure in advance and it is shipped
out to you as soon as we receive it in stock. Ringside Collectibles receives
all Jakks Pacific merchandise overnight directly from the factory as soon
as it is produced. That means if you pre-order a new set of figures
through us, you will probably be the first person on your block to have
the new figures.

Can I use photographs from Ringside Collectibles
on my own website?
We do not allow anyone use of any photographs or graphics from our website.
Please read our
Terms and
Conditions of use. All pages and graphics are

across a web page that is using any of our photographs or images, please
let us know by sending an e-mail to us at:

Why do some of the photographs of figures
on your site have different colors than the actual figures that were
produced?
Most of the figures pictured on our site are prototype photographs provided
by the manufacturer, not the actual production figure.
I have suggestions for future Jakks WWF Figures, where
can I send them?
Is there a certain figure that you would like to see
produced or an accessory you would like to see made? Jakks
has told us that they would love to hear your ideas
and suggestions for future products! If you always wanted that Howard
Finkel figure to complete your collection or if you ever wanted a life-size
Trish Stratus for your bedroom, all that you have to do is e-mail
Jakks with your suggestion. They just might use it! All
suggestions sent to:

will be forwarded directly to Jakks Pacific.

A Note about Product
Availability:
Unlike most other
Internet retailers, Ringside Collectibles carries a full inventory for every
product we sell. This means that when we say an item is in stock, we mean
it. In rare cases however, we may take your order and then discover that
the product is not appropriate for shipping (i.e. it is damaged or defective).
In this case, we will immediately notify you via US Mail.
