Is CM Punk Gone From WWE? What Does This Mean For His Mattel WWE Figures?

The week after Royal Rumble 2014, speculation has run rampant on Twitter, Facebook and amongst the WWE Universe and beyond as to whether or not CM Punk is still with the WWE. Rumor has it that CM Punk, unhappy with his Royal Rumble loss and stature in the company, decided to leave the WWE early with a contract expiring in July and his absence from Monday Night RAW has further fueled this speculation. No one, including CM Punk himself, has made an official statement on the matter but rumors of fights with Vince McMahon, tension with Triple H and more have made people immensely curious about what is going on with the wrestling superstar they consider The Best In The World. Wrestling figure fans have already begun to speculate as to what this means for Mattel WWE CM Punk action figures and their future releases. Could Mattel WWE CM Punk figures be a thing of the past? Here are a few of the best Mattel WWE CM Punk figures so far:

Mattel WWE Straight Edge Society CM Punk Exclusive!

Mattel WWE Straight Edge Society CM Punk Exclusive!

The Ringside Collectibles Exclusive Mattel WWE Straight Edge Society CM Punk featured camouflage Straight Edge Society garb for the Straight Edge Superstar. Complete with a removable mask and an extremely detailed bald headsculpt, this CM Punk was hugely sought after by Mattel WWE figure fans, sold quickly and remains a hot item to this day. Celebrating Punk’s time in the Straight Edge Society, it captured the essence of his purely evil turn and cult-like feuds with Rey Mysterio and Big Show.

Mattel WWE Elite 1 CM Punk!

Mattel WWE Elite 1 CM Punk!

The Mattel WWE Elite 1 CM Punk, his first released Mattel WWE Elite during the launch of the Mattel WWE line, featured CM Punk’s post-Money In the Bank win look, confidence and edge. The grey and yellow outfit featured in this figure, unlike so many other CM Punk outfits, has yet to be replicated and remains unique and unchanged. Also included, now a thing of the past in the Mattel WWE figure line, was a cotton-style cloth t-shirt.

Mattel WWE Elite 11 CM Punk!

Mattel WWE Elite 11 CM Punk!

After a forceful takeover of The Nexus from Wade Barrett, CM Punk put his leadership skills to good use and ran the group into the ground while using it as a springboard for his own success. Fans are often reminded of CM Punk’s time in the Royal Rumble surrounded by Nexus members and his infamous “Pipe Bomb” speech that took place during his time as Nexus leader. The Mattel WWE Elite 11 figure captured both his time in the group and his transition to mega superstar, complete with Nexus armband and Nesus t-shirt, both removable so wrestling figure fans could easily have their CM Punk abandon the group if he needed to.

Mattel WWE Elite 20 CM Punk!

Mattel WWE Elite 20 CM Punk!

The Mattel WWE Elite 20 CM Punk was monumental for Mattel WWE wrestling figure fans as it included a new, slick-haired headsculpt and accurate, colorful tattoos that were finally realized as intended. This figure also included the Mattel WWE Spinner championship, commemorating CM Punk’s monumental WWE Championship reign that lasted over a year and ended at the hands of The Rock.

Mattel WWE Battle Packs 25 CM Punk vs. The Undertaker!

Mattel WWE Battle Packs 25 CM Punk vs. The Undertaker!

What could possibly be CM Punk’s last great feud in the WWE, he faced off with Undertaker at WrestleMania 29, angrily trying to end what he considered to be a self indulgent and silly WrestleMania streak carried by the Undertaker. Going so far as to make jokes with the urn of the Undertaker’s late father Paul Bearer, CM Punk reached into the mind of Undertaker to pull out a loss. He didn’t find it, but his memorable elbow drop on to Undertaker and his ongoing grouchy demeanor made the face off extremely memorable.

Mattel WWE Ringside Collectibles ECW CM Punk Exclusive!

Mattel WWE Ringside Collectibles ECW CM Punk Exclusive!

The latest planned Mattel WWE ECW CM Punk Ringside Collectibles Exclusive figure was revealed by Mattel and Ringside Collectibles at Ringside Fest 2013. A happier, smiling CM Punk included red trunks and boots, a microphone, heart t-shirt and ECW Championship from a time when the new Superstar was doing his best to make a name for himself in the WWE. Many die-hard wrestling fans had already taken to CM Punk, but he slowly but surely made his way atop the WWE ladder, and it began while in ECW. The fate of this Mattel WWE Ringside Collectibles Exclusive ECW CM Punk figure is currently unknown, but upon its release, it will be a fitting tribute as the start of a career in the WWE that many have not wanted to see end.

Sin Cara’s Identity Crisis!

Fans remember Sin Cara’s original identity crisis. His usually explosively high flying and fan-friendly personality was suddenly replaced with a mean, angry demeanor that shocked everyone, including his opponent at the time, Daniel Bryan. Having matches with Daniel Bryan led to vicious attacks for the bearded one at the hands of Sin Cara, who he had before considered a friend and ally. Mattel commemorated their feud in Mattel WWE Battle Packs 17 with a Daniel Bryan and Sin Cara 2-pack.

Mattel WWE Battle Packs 15 Sin Cara vs. Daniel Bryan!

Mattel WWE Battle Packs 15 Sin Cara vs. Daniel Bryan!

Not only did this Battle Pack feature a folding chair, it included Sin Cara’s first ever Mattel WWE figure and an accurate Daniel Bryan figure to the time of the feud. Things were not all that they seemed, however, as Sin Cara returned to the WWE to confront…Sin Cara. It turned out that Hunico, at the time known as Sin Cara Negro, was imitating the masked warrior and causing trouble as he pretended to be the real Sin Cara. He was soon unmasked and has since adopted the Hunico look and style, as featured in this Mattel WWE Rumblers set with Rey Mysterio.

Mattel WWE Rumblers Hunico & Rey Mysterio!

Mattel WWE Rumblers Hunico & Rey Mysterio!

Hunico is a no-nonsense, street style wrestling performer who may have been put in his place by the real Sin Cara, but has proven he maintains his sneaky demeanor and is ready to attack at any moment.

In the meantime, Sin Cara went from a cold streak, to a hot streak, and back to a cold streak again, all the while gaining a tattoo that fans speculate looks mysteriously like Hunico’s. Hard to prove as no one knows exactly what Sin Cara looks like, but many wonder if Hunico has chosen to take up Sin Cara’s garb again. The question becomes, why has Hunico done this, and what has happened to the real Sin Cara, featured here in Mattel WWE Elite 25 with his latest (and possibly last) Elite figure?

Mattel WWE Elite 25 Sin Cara!

Mattel WWE Elite 25 Sin Cara!

With a watermelon-like, green zebra style print on his outfit, this Sin Cara may be the final incarnation of the ‘good’ Sin Cara the WWE Universe had gotten to know so well. A mystery that WWE refuses to comment on, as they have made no official statement as to the whereabouts, or even possibility of disappearance of any Sin Cara at all. In the meantime, fans have not seen Hunico appear and have only seen a Sin Cara that appears to have a tattoo extremely similar to that of Hunico’s tattoo. A possible coincidence or even a third person wearing the Sin Cara mask would surprise no member of the WWE Universe at this point. For now, Sin Cara figures continue to be released as normal (and without any additional tattoos) like the new 12-inch line in white.

Mattel WWE 12-Inch Sin Cara!

Mattel WWE 12-Inch Sin Cara!

Sin Cara’s 12-inch articulation and high flying ability may soon be a thing of the past, but for now fans continue to speculate about who the man behind the mask actually is.

Mattel ended up going with an elaborate dragon design with RVD in green in the front and sculpting a spot on likeness of The Whole F’n Show. For his first time in the line, and what probably won’t be his last, it’s a great effort.

Mattel WWE Elite 27 Fandango!

Mattel WWE Elite 27 Fandango!

Fandango’s first Mattel WWE Elite certainly causes fans to say his name correctly. With an amazingly detailed zebra print pair of multi-colored ring pants and a multi-colored ring vest, he’s ready for action in the most animated way possible. It will only  be a matter of time before Mattel WWE figure fans are using him to dance his way to their ring set ups.

Mattel WWE Elite 27 Undertaker!

Mattel WWE Elite 27 Undertaker!

After an extremely long main line Mattel WWE Elite absence, Undertaker rises from the grave with his most recent and most intense look yet. His entrance robe, complete with spikes and perfect molding, adds a darkness like never before and finally gives fans the modern day Undertaker they’ve been looking for.

Mattel WWE Elite 27 Rikishi!

Mattel WWE Elite 27 Rikishi!

Two out of the three Attitude Era staples included in this set, Rikishi is definitely a too cool Elite figure. His ability to dance won’t come into question with the inclusion of his yellow and black sunglasses for a post match groove session, but his detailed entrance sarong brings the figure to an additional level of detail and closer to being just like the real thing.

Mattel WWE Elite 27 Billy Gunn!

Mattel WWE Elite 27 Billy Gunn!

D-Generation X member Billy Gunn puts the Mr. in Mr. Ass with his Mattel WWE Elite 27 figure. With interchangeable headbands, two DX shirts and detailed green trunks and knee pads with kisses all over, he’s the one many fans have been waiting for. The Elite articulation will be perfect to administer the Fameasser to opponents for those looking to re-create New Age Outlaws worthy wrestling figure matches.

Still on Pre-Order for Mid-March, fans can’t wait to get their hands on this set and its excellent selection of colorful, legendary and modern day Superstars.

Royal Rumble 2014…Possible Surprise Entrants!

The WWE Royal Rumble is always a massive event and the inclusion of 30 WWE Superstars always leaves room for entrants either returning to the WWE or showing up for one final shot at gaining WWE glory and main eventing WrestleMania. The 2014 Royal Rumble has offered very few hints as to what possible Superstars from wrestling past could show up, but the possibility of inactive WWE Superstars returning at the event is higher than usual. Here are four WWE Superstars in Mattel WWE form ready to make a big splash and come back.

Mattel WWE Elite 25 Sheamus!

Mattel WWE Elite 25 Sheamus!

WWE Superstar Sheamus has been inactive since the fall, out with an injury and missing out on the entire authority resistance, WWE World Heavyweight Championship unification and more changes to the landscape of the WWE Universe. Sheamus’ red hair is on fire in this Mattel WWE Elite 25 figure, complete with removable silver chain, Celtic Cross shirt, and silver knee pads, boots and trunks. Sheamus could easily show up at the 2014 Royal Rumble and go on to main event WrestleMania. He is the most likely candidate as he has been absent for the longest amount of time.

Mattel WWE Series 38 Chris Jericho!

Mattel WWE Series 38 Chris Jericho!

Chris Jericho has been absent for a long time, but his presence is still felt and he is constantly asked in his life on the road with his band Fozzy about a potential WWE return. Since he surprised everyone at the 2013 Royal Rumble (which this Mattel WWE Series 38 figure is based on the time directly after), it would come as another shock to the WWE Universe for him to do the same thing two years in a row. He is another candidate to face the WWE World Heavyweight Champion due to his experience both at WrestleMania, and making Royal Rumble returns.

Mattel WWE Series 36 Christian!

Mattel WWE Series 36 Christian!

Captain Charisma has been plagued with bad luck and injuries since finally becoming a World Champion in 2011. His latest injury was a recurrent concussion, causing all sorts of terrible symptoms and worrying the WWE doctors as to his safety. He showed up in the WWE at the Slammy Awards, letting the WWE Universe know he had new inspiration as a proud father. He could easily take the inspiration to survive in the Royal Rumble and go on to by the WWE World Heavyweight Champion and cementing his place in WWE history forever. His latest Mattel WWE Series 36 figure includes green tights and has a determined, angry headsculpt reminiscent of his World Heavyweight Championship run.

Mattel WWE Elite 27 Rob Van Dam!
Rob Van Dam has been the life of the WWE party since returning at the 2013 Money In The Bank. He has fought for World Champion gold and showed that he can be a contender. No stranger to surprise Royal Rumble entrances, The Whole F’n Show could make another ‘one of a kind’ appearance in the 2014 Royal Rumble. His Mattel WWE Elite 27 has yet to be revealed, but when it is, it will invoke as much as a surprise as a Royal Rumble 2014 return would.

Daniel Bryan…Free and On His Own! YES! YES! YES!

Daniel Bryan, after a calculated attack that had the entire WWE Universe fooled, has broken free from the control of the Wyatt Family and now stands to take on any and all challenges by himself! Luckily, the American Dragon was only playing possum when he fell victim to Bray Wyatt’s evil tactics. Now, Daniel Bryan is back to the bearded underdog that fans love, and he has more looks to add to his arsenal. Here are a few that would make great Mattel WWE figures.

Mattel WWE Daniel Bryan in Wyatt Family Attire!

Mattel WWE Daniel Bryan in Wyatt Family Attire!

Daniel Bryan didn’t only succumb to an attack by the Wyatt Family, he became one of them. Wrestling in a long coverall outfit reminiscent of the other members and even Michael Myers from Halloween, Bryan had many convinced he had joined the cult-like family for good. A Mattel WWE figure representing this would immortalize a dark time for him.

Money in the Bank Winner Daniel Bryan with jacket in Mattel WWE form!

Money in the Bank Winner Daniel Bryan with jacket in Mattel WWE form!

The look that began it all, Daniel Bryan’s confidence began to heat up as did his presence and the course of his actions. He sported a leather jacket and short haired, tight bearded attire on his way to the ring, ready to strike and capture the World Heavyweight Championship at any moment. The jacket and briefcase would make for two sought after accessories that wrestling figure fans would covet. A short haired look before the ‘YES’ and ‘NO’ days would also add to Bryan’s classic style figure.

Daniel Bryan Mattel WWE Figure with 'Respect the Beard' Shirt!

Daniel Bryan Mattel WWE Figure with ‘Respect the Beard’ Shirt!

Even Mr. McMahon can see that Daniel Bryan’s popularity is a force to be reckoned with. Pointing to the sky and leading fans along with chants of agreement, Bryan began wearing a ‘Respect the Beard’ shirt around the time of his WWE Championship win (and loss) at Summerslam 2013. The shirt cemented Bryan’s place as a top WWE Superstar with more than just a catch phrase, but a complete and total image. The attire underneath the shirt could no doubt be based on his match with John Cena and his subsequent match with Randy Orton.

Modern Day Mattel WWE Daniel Bryan!

Modern Day Mattel WWE Daniel Bryan!

Daniel Bryan has worn wrestling tights with more of a reddish-maroon base these days, making a brighter color his style. With his long hair, sometimes messily combed back and big ol’ beard, his modern day look into 2014 is a clear composite of all Daniel Bryan’s qualities. With dragons still included and sheer wrestling ability to boot, his nickname ‘The American Dragon’ is extremely fitting. A new figure could be based on his appearance at Royal Rumble 2014 or even better, a close look at his likely WrestleMania XXX appearance! Daniel Bryan is in the WWE for good, making his mark and whether ‘upper management’ likes it or not, becoming one of the most popular WWE Superstars the world has ever seen.

Mattel WWE Dude Love…The Only Face Of Foley Left!

Mick Foley has maintained three faces (four, if you count his handsome real life face) throughout his wrestling career. Mankind, the wildly bizarre and masked eccentricity, Cactus Jack, the hardcore legend and bandit from the desert, and Dude Love, the peace lovin’, hippy groovin’ dancer. While Dude Love may be considered by many in the WWE Universe to be the least popular of the three, he is certainly the most colorful. Here are a few Mattel WWE possibilities for Dude Love:

Tag Team Champion Mattel WWE Dude Love!

Tag Team Champion Mattel WWE Dude Love!

Dude Love replaced an injured Shawn Michaels and became Tag Team Champion with Stone Cold Steve Austin, helping him face off against the villainous Hart Foundation! With a different style of tie dye and headband, this figure could also include a WWE Attitude Era Tag Team Championship, complete with full gold faceplate. It is certainly the first exposure of the WWE Universe at the time to Dude Love’s wildly free personality.

Classic Mattel WWE Dude Love figure!

Classic Mattel WWE Dude Love figure!

Dude Love maintained a look that included a tie die shirt, headband and blue ring pants that he is most known for and mostly pictured as in the minds of many WWE wrestling fans. With round, hippy style sunglasses and a need to dance his pants off, Dude Love brought a level of fun and silliness that wasn’t often seen during the Attitude Era and fans took to his personality, loving or hating his actions at the time. The sunglasses and a removable headband would make great accessories to any Mattel WWE figure, but especially to this one. A Mattel WWE Elite style of this version of Mrs. Foley’s Baby Boy would hopefully have enough articulation to dance the night away, including the ability to dance to ‘head, shoulders, knees and toes.’

Modern Day Mattel WWE Dude Love figure!

Modern Day Mattel WWE Dude Love figure!

It is no surprise that a huge proprietor of funk in the WWE would one day return to show the modern day funky folk how it’s actually done. Returning to dance with Tons of Funk on RAW, Dude Love grooved and moved with the modern day WWE Universe, Brodus Clay, Sweet T and the Funkadactyls (Cameron and Naomi) as they joined forces to provide an entirely new level of funk to the WWE Universe. A bunch of dancing machines would only make the universe explode with colors and excitement, so fans of Mattel WWE action figures could easily bring that excitement to their ring with a modern day version of Dude Love to dance along with their modern day wrestling figures. If a fan were looking for Mick Foley to step back into the ring for some type of action one last time, this version of Dude Love would certainly provide a fun, if not colorfully silly, option. A giant smiley face shirt with the possibility of being removed may also provide the first shirtless Mick Foley wrestling figure ever, something fans have been clamoring for since Mattel attained the WWE license. Dude Love remains a bright and cheery portion of Mick Foley’s career, one that fans related to and one that he can be proud of despite its’ reputation.

A Mattel WWE nWo Hulk Hogan Possibility!

With Hulk Hogan’s WWE deal return rumored to be imminent, the speculation runs rampant as to what his return will entail and how he will make his present felt both in the WWE and possibly at WrestleMania. While he most likely will be a favorite of the fans upon his return, Hulk Hogan’s wrestling history will be constantly discussed, analyzed and remembered. Among this is his time in the nWo, perfectly geared towards many different Mattel WWE action figures. Here are a few of the different looks that would make great Hulk Hogan wrestling action figures:

Mattel WWE Bash at the Beach 1996 Hulk Hogan!

Mattel WWE Bash at the Beach 1996 Hulk Hogan!

The nWo Hulk Hogan wrestling figure conversation simply can’t be had without bringing up Hulk Hogan’s original look when forming the nWo. At Bash at the Beach 1996, the WCW was taken by storm and it was the last time for years and years that fans would see the red and yellow version of Hulk Hogan they had grown to love. This may be the only version of the red and yellow that invokes evil feelings for many fans of the Hulkster.

Classic nWo Hollywood Hulk Hogan Mattel WWE figure!

Classic nWo Hollywood Hulk Hogan Mattel WWE figure!

WCW champion and villain too cool for words, Hollywood Hulk Hogan sported the black and white best he could. With the Hollywood bandana, defaced, spraypainted WCW championship and any number of lightning bolted tights, Hulk Hogan’s leadership of the nWo is classic World Championship Wrestling. A version of this Hogan as opposed to a version based on his match with The Rock at WrestleMania 18 would be unique and not something done in a classic style wrestling figure to date.

Mattel WWE Wolfpac Hollywood Hulk Hogan figure!

Mattel WWE Wolfpac Hollywood Hulk Hogan figure!

After the ‘Finger Poke of Doom’ incident and the re-inclusion of Hulk Hogan in the New World Order, Hogan began to sport a look that was a combination of nWo Wolfpac style and nWo Hollywood style. Though short lived, this look is memorable for many fans of Hogan. With WCW heading downhill shortly after, Hulk Hogan’s WCW days may very well have ended in the fans of many with this look.

nWo Hulk Hogan vs. The Rock Mattel WWE figure!

nWo Hulk Hogan vs. The Rock Mattel WWE figure!

When facing off with The Rock at WrestleMania 18, Hulk Hogan wore a black and white boa, nWo shirt and detailed ring tights and boots to step in the squared circle. One of his most memorable looks as a member of the nWo didn’t take place in a WCW ring, but when facing off against the Great One. Many fans who missed WCW’s original run only enjoy this version of Hulk Hogan, and thus he must be included on the list.

Hulk Hogan is a wrestling icon, quite possibly the most famous and recognizable wrestler in the world to this very day, and his time in the New World Order from it’s formation to it’s disbandment to it’s reformation in the WWE, he is as representative of the Black and White as one can get.

The New Age Outlaws…Part of the Machine?!

Since finding a new home in the WWE after years of absence, the New Age Outlaws have rekindled the fans love for their anti-authority antics and reinvigorated the true meaning of D-Generation X. However, they recently betrayed CM Punk and walked out on him in the middle of a tag team match with The Shield. While they claim they are not in cahoots with COO and fellow D-Generation X member Triple H, all arrows seem to point in that direction. In the meantime, modern day fans get to enjoy an Attitude Era staple that hasn’t changed much since it’s original run, the tag team of the New Age Outlaws. As the Outlaws continue to make their presence felt, their Mattel WWE figures add new depth to the rosters of wrestling figure collectors who love mixing the ‘old’ with the ‘new.’

Mattel WWE Elite 26 Road Dogg Jesse James!

Mattel WWE Elite 26 Road Dogg Jesse James!

Road Dogg Jesse James was released first in Mattel WWE Elite 26, complete with hat and two D-Generation X style shirts. His ‘shake, rattle and roll’ finish can be re-enacted and he can be posed like a true degenerate. Welcome to the Dogg house takes on entirely new meaning with such a detailed figure.

Mattel WWE Elite 27 Bad Ass Billy Gunn!

Road Dogg’s partner in crime, the ‘Bad Ass’ Billy Gunn has yet to be put on display by Mattel. Speculation runs rampant as to which outfit would best suit Mr. Ass, but the possibilities are endless. The most likely choices are either green with lips featured or pink with lips featured on the ‘rear’ and front. Billy Gunn looks almost exactly the same as he did during the Attitude Era, so fitting him in with the rest of your Mattel WWE figures should be no problem.

It is unknown whether or not DX has a corporate agenda, but after their actions against CM Punk on RAW it can only be assumed that even D-Generation X will do what’s ‘best for business.’

Hall of Fame Inductee Ultimate Warrior’s Perfect Mattel WWE Looks!

The Ultimate Warrior will (in the eyes of many) finally be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame at WrestleMania XXX. His wild and intense demeanor and colorful attires have always been easy on the eyes of wrestling fans both young and old. His presence in the world of wrestling and influence are undeniable and now that he will forever be a WWE fixture, more Mattel WWE wrestling action figures based on the Warrior are bound to be produced. Here are a few speculative possibilities:

A Mattel WWE Ultimate Maniacs Warrior!

A Mattel WWE Ultimate Maniacs Warrior!

Ultimate Warrior teamed with his one-time nemesis ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage to form the Ultimate Maniacs. When the two powerhouses got together, they became an unstoppable tag team and faced off with many WWE staples at the time of their friendship. Ultimate Warrior sported a bright red and yellow color scheme with detailed logos and even sunglasses to match Randy Savage. With a brick-like design and arm tassels, this is a previously unmanufactured Warrior that would get wrestling figure fans talking.

A solo Mattel WWE Ultimate Warrior!

A solo Mattel WWE Ultimate Warrior!

The Ultimate Warrior, of course, made his biggest impact on the world of wrestling all by himself. This look captures Ultimate Warrior at the height of his solo career, complete with amazing airbrushing techniques on his trunks and pastel colors that separate him from any and every other wrestling superstar. Such a figure could be considered a definitive look, reminding fans of Warrior at any point during his solo career.

Mattel WWE WCW Halloween Havoc Ultimate Warrior!

Mattel WWE WCW Halloween Havoc Ultimate Warrior!

Though panned by many fans, Halloween Havoc ’98 remains memorable as a staple of Ultimate Warrior’s short lived WCW run and a showcase of one of his most incredibly detailed outfits to date. The Halloween Havoc look has been a sought after figure for many wrestling figure fans of Ultimate Warrior due to its incredible detail and dark, colorful look. Though the match may not be remembered through wrestling history, the outfit always will.

Modern Day Mattel WWE Ultimate Warrior!

Modern Day Mattel WWE Ultimate Warrior!

With his Hall of Fame induction, it wouldn’t be a disappointing surprise for the Ultimate Warrior, who is in great shape, to step into the WWE ring, either at the 2014 Royal Rumble or at WrestleMania XXX! If this were the case, a Mattel WWE figure based on his modern look would be a must have. It would be perfect for fans old and new to bring Ultimate Warrior’s presence into their current wrestling figure roster, to play with as a veteran competitor or even an authority figure! Warrior’s potential for wrestling figures can not be denied and Mattel will certainly not disappoint.

Is 2014 The Year Of Dolph Ziggler?!

Dolph Ziggler has been one of the most watched and hotly anticipated WWE Superstars as fans wait for the breakout moment that will cement him as a top level talent. While many fans consider him on the same level, or even above the likes of Randy Orton or John Cena, and despite capturing World Championship gold, Dolph Ziggler has yet to reach an explosive level of popularity. The Showoff is waiting for his time to shine and has taken steps to try and attain it, like taking advantage of the love of Vickie Guerrero, commemorated in Mattel WWE Battle Packs 22:

Stealing the show and capturing the Money in the Bank briefcase, Dolph Ziggler’s athleticism is unparalleled, as is his flair for over the top outfits. A vest and a pink t-shirt to hang out of his trunks are featured in Mattel WWE Elite 19:

He has stuck to what works for him and is forcing the WWE Universe to take notice instead of changing to appease them. He maintains a similar look, always has a t-shirt hanging from his trunks (blue this time) and carries championship gold and a happy go lucky open mouthed smile in Mattel WWE Elite 24:
