An unexpected revolution is now taking place every week on Monday Night RAW. The Divas of the WWE main roster have been overshadowed by the young, hungry Divas of NXT coming to make names for themselves. Among these Divas, Charlotte and Becky Lynch would ally with Paige. However, the so-bad-she’s-good Sasha Banks aligned with Naomi and Tamina, showing that the new Divas aren’t all on the same page. With so many differences between these new WWE Divas, many different Mattel WWE figures won’t be far behind.
The Mattel WWE line has been reserved for Superstars on the main roster performing on RAW and Smackdown regularly…until now! NXT has made its way into the Mattel WWE line. NXT Superstars are making their way on to RAW and Smackdown television so their action figures aren’t far behind. Because of this, Ringside Collectibles, Inc. has created a special ‘NXT’ category, so wrestling figure fans can keep track of any and every NXT Superstar released and available on WrestlingFigures.com. The Mattel WWE Panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2015 saw appearances from some of the biggest and brightest upcoming and top WWE and NXT Superstars today. With a panel featuring Kevin Owens, Finn Balor, Sami Zayn, Charlotte Flair and William Regal, the Mattel WWE line and the overall state of the WWE and NXT were discussed with Mattel WWE Lead Designer Bill Miekina and a fan Q & A session! For Mattel WWE wrestling figure fans, San Diego Comic-Con is the most wonderful time of the year! New Mattel WWE action figures are revealed, WWE Superstars serve as guests at their very own Comic-Con panel, and there’s always a surprise or two that is completely unexpected for the WWE Universe!
The popularity of NXT is swelling so big, that rumors of the WWE’s underground brand hitting the road and performing across the United States continue to get bigger and bigger. With superstars showing off their incredible skill and creating can’t miss shows weekly, NXT has become a huge hit amongst fans looking for a different type of wrestling flavor from what WWE usually offers. With this demand, fans are clamoring for their Mattel WWE action figures as well. Mattel has alleviated some of the pressure by peppering in some NXT Superstars to upcoming Mattel WWE wrestling figure lines. Here are some who have already made the cut, and some who are sure to follow:
The Super Toy Con 2015 had a last minute addition that made wrestling figure fans as happy as possible. Mattel’s Bill Miekina showed off tons of surprise new items from the Mattel WWE wrestling figure line and collectors couldn’t have been more pleased. With looks at brand new version of current roster superstars and some legendary surprises, fans will be looking forward to everything Mattel has to release for WWE throughout the upcoming year.

The Emmalution strikes our hearts with WWE’s Emma!
Since debuting as a superfan watching WWE live events and producing quality matches during her time on the NXT roster, many fans have fallen in love with the quirkiness of Emma, one of the newest WWE Divas. With a striking entrance theme, striking beauty and a sense of something being just a little ‘off,’ Emma has slowly but surely made her way into the Divas division and has quickly become a contender for the Diva’s Championship. Soon to follow is a likely Mattel WWE Emma wrestling figure, but which aspect of her off the wall personality it will embody most remains to be seen.
A Mattel WWE NXT style Emma!
Emma made a name for herself on the NXT scene by ‘dancing’ to the ring, her hands in the air with sharp, pointed fingers. While in NXT she gained many notable victories and feuded with the likes of Paige and Summer Rae all while showing the WWE Universe what she’s really like. Her outfits showed off an athletic style that proved despite her odd demeanor, she was ready to compete at any time. A blue outfit like the one shown above would be perfectly representative of her time in NXT, but Mattel tends to stick to WWE attires once a talent has moved to the main roster, so it may not be possible.
A Mattel WWE Emma & Santino Marella Battle Pack!
The Mattel WWE Battle Packs are a great way to show off not just WWE Superstar feuds, but successful team ups, and there haven’t been many team ups as successful as Santino Marella and Emma since they found each other. Friendship bordering on infatuation is the only way their relationship can be described and a Mattel WWE Battle Pack featuring Santino and Emma would be a perfect way to bring Emma into the Mattel WWE line with an established WWE Superstar.
A Mattel WWE Diva Emma!
Since debuting in the WWE as an active WWE Diva, Emma’s outfits have gotten a bit more colorful and her attitude a little wilder. The most likely Mattel WWE Emma would feature a look she has sported since her main roster debut. Whether it be her orange outfit or the multicolored style pictured above, wrestling figure fans can expect a style that will make it easy for them to re-enact her somewhat…strange behavior! The Emmalution is coming sooner rather than later and Mattel will no doubt add to their WWE Diva triumphs.

WWE Diva Paige, now the rightful owner of the WWE Diva’s Championship!
Since bursting on to the WWE NXT scene, many wrestling fans have been singing the praises of Paige, a wild, unpredictable and sometimes even a little out there WWE Diva. With a whooping howl and wrestling ability to boot, fans of the Diva during her NXT run anxiously awaited news of her being called up to the main WWE talent roster. Their wish was soon granted as Paige has recently jumped on to the WWE scene, attacked the Divas division and stood triumphant in a matter of weeks. A Mattel WWE Paige figure should in turn not be far behind.

Paige’s wild outfits directly reflect her wild personality, like this one showing off a look she sported during her time in NXT. With different color schemes, textures and even a leather jacket, it will be exciting to see what approach Mattel decides to take for a Mattel WWE Paige figure. Despite Mattel claiming several times that they were choosing not to produce NXT figures, Paige could be the first possible test of that with her unique looks.

Paige is also the inaugural NXT Diva’s Champion, so the case could be made for a Mattel WWE Paige figure to come with the NXT Women’s Championship as an accessory. It would celebrate her time in the promotion, give an already classic look to a fresh Diva and make belt collectors happy.

Of course, the more likely attire choice would be the outfit that Paige debuted in, won the WWE Diva’s Championship from AJ Lee in and continues to wear during her successful reign. With a purple top and shorts and some wild looking crossovers and studs, Paige sets hearts on fire as she displays tenacity and aggression with her headlocks and noises.
Mattel has hopefully begun preliminary work on a Mattel WWE Paige figure and we could be seeing her sooner rather than later.
