Feed. Me. More! Ryback has resurged as a dominant force in the WWE. Since returning from surgery, Ryback has taken the WWE Universe by storm, returning to his original ways of ‘feeding’ on the competition and taking down opponents with no problem. He has been represented in the Mattel WWE action figure line with colorful, wildly designed singlets, sometimes directly reflecting his good…or mean…personality. Whether Ryback is on the side of the fans or not, he is always intense, and that has been captured in his Mattel WWE figures.
As a last minute surprise, Mattel WWE wrestling figure fans were treated to an appearance at Wizard World Las Vegas by Mattel WWE Lead Designer Bill Miekina! Bill brought along some new looks at upcoming Mattel WWE figures, including a packaged version of the Ringside Collectibles Exclusive American Made Hulk Hogan, Defining Moments Sting, Bo Dallas’ first Mattel WWE Elite and more! To add to the excitement, the one and only Dean Ambrose arrived to take photographs of himself with his upcoming Mattel WWE figure! Tag Team and team-up and rivalry fans, rejoice! The Mattel WWE Battle Packs 35 and Mattel WWE Battle Packs 36 line-ups have finally been announced.
The Mattel WWE Battle Packs 35 includes:
Finding a common ground in talent and aggression, Curtis Axel and Ryback came together to create Rybaxel. Providing a unique blend of muscle and wrestling ability, they created a bit of an unmatched tag team with wins, but more conflict than success. Ryback always makes sure to bring colorful, airbrushed outfits forward. Curtis Axel has recently proven that ‘Axelmania’ is runnin’ wild, but that is highly unlikely to appear as an attire for this figure based on how recently it happened. Only time will tell.
Kane has been doing Triple H’s corporate bidding since his rise to authoritative power. This means stopping Roman Reigns from being the ‘next big thing,’ so it’s no surprise the two massive forces would collide. Kane has both worn his mask and wrestled without it as of late, so it’s possible he could be ‘corporate’ or a fiery, unleashed version of himself. Roman Reigns wrestles with the power of a super human, so the more figures that fans can get their hands on of him, the better. It’s important to have access to your hero.
Jack Swagger and his uncle Zeb Colter represent a down, dirty and extremely proud sense of what it means to be Americans, whether the people around them like it or not. Together, they make sure that upon their arrival, fans shout ‘WE THE PEOPLE!’ Since this is the first time Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter will appear together, it will likely provide an updated look for both the collegiate wrestling WWE Superstar and his grizzled veteran of an uncle.

Since grooving and singing together on WWE television and praising about the coming of a ‘New Day,’ Big E and Kofi Kingston are brighter and bluer than ever! It’s extremely likely that the Mattel WWE Battle Packs 36 Kofi Kingston and Big E will be dressed in ‘New Day’ attire, possibly including vests and dusters, so fans can build depth for their tag team division.
Dean Ambrose took Seth Rollins’ betrayal of The Shield extremely personally. He’s now a loose cannon and will likely never be the same, with a newfound aggression that he loves to take out on the likes of villainous Superstars like Rollins himself. Though they have been running on separate paths since the breakup of The Shield took place, they will likely one day meet again with explosive results. Fans get that now with the Mattel WWE Battle Packs 36, which should included updated, non-Shield looks for both Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins.
The Outsiders are one of the most legendary villainous tag teams of all time. Scott Hall and Kevin Nash invaded WCW and changed the wrestling world forever as founding members of the nWo. They wore colorful outfits along the way, but there is speculation that their most recent WrestleMania appearance could bring new, updated versions of The Outsiders to the Mattel WWE toy line. If not, it’s likely that Scott Hall will have his iconic red and black vest and gear, and ‘Big Sexy’ Kevin Nash will be sporting a red or black ‘Outsiders’ style getup.

The 2015 WWE Royal Rumble!
Each and every year, fans start off the Road to WrestleMania with a huge bang! The Royal Rumble continues to amaze and surprise the WWE Universe, offering up a number one contender to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship after a battle royal including some of the best WWE Superstars the company has to offer. Fans can recreate the action with their spot on Mattel WWE wrestling figures if they want, but before they do, we offer some possible winners for the most important event of the year aside from WrestleMania.

Roman Reigns has been on a massive tear since returning to the WWE from his injury. A powerhouse of size, strength and ability, fans are standing firmly behind him as he plows through the upper-level of the roster and continues to be a fighter against The Authority. A possible underdog that could make a massive splash at this year’s Royal Rumble, Ryback’s resurgence cannot be denied. In Mattel WWE Elite 30, a rougher, meaner Ryback reminds everyone of the ‘Ryback Rules’ with a removable vest. With a detailed singlet and his now famous finger gloves, Ryback could be the massive presence in the Rumble that shocks the world. His defiance towards The Authority coupled with his lone-wolf style tactics make him a solid, if not semi-forgotten, choice.
The Mattel WWE Elite 32 Daniel Bryan!
After surprising the WWE Universe with his plans to return and enter the 2015 Royal Rumble, Daniel Bryan shook up the locker room and catapulted himself back into the WWE World Heavyweight Championship scene. After defying the odds at WrestleMania XXX, Daniel Bryan proved he is one of the most powerfully motivated, top WWE Superstars of all time. In Mattel WWE Elite 32, the beard is here, the Yes! Movement lives on and fans have an almost exact version of Daniel Bryan as he’ll likely appear in the 2015 Royal Rumble. Shouting Yes! should be a no brainer for this one. It could be even more of a no brainer that Daniel Bryan goes the distance for a second year and pulls out a win.

Mattel WWE Elite Series 30 Revealed!
The Mattel WWE Elite 30 wrestling action figures are now available for pre-order! With a great mix of modern day Superstars and WWE Legends, fans are already clamoring for this Elite sets’ release!

With Lex Luger’s first Mattel WWE figure treatment ever, fans are to be treated to a representation of the Lex Express himself during his pique WWE days just before jumping ship to WCW. Likely red, white and blue American style attire will be what Lex dons for his first Mattel release and a physique like no other, full of unmatched muscle.
Brock Lesnar has not received an updated Mattel WWE Elite since Series 19, so fans of the Next Big Thing will likely be thrilled to see an updated version of the man who single-handedly destroyed Undertaker’s WrestleMania reputation. Expect a bigger, badder and angrier version of the life-time Paul Heyman guy.
Ryback has re-invented himself as a tag team specialist but his brute strength and size have remained the same as he jumps in to another Mattel WWE Elite set. With a selection of singlets as massive as his arms, Mattel should have no problem delivering a detailed, exciting version of the Big Guy to the Feed Me Morons.
The Legion of Doom includes Hawk and Animal and were represented in the Mattel WWE Legends 1 Series with old school attires. Leaving a bit to be desired for fans in both look and body shape, Hawk and Animal make their return in Mattel WWE Elite 30, likely in the red and black Road Warrior gear they are most well known for. With rumors of a new body shape for Animal, Hawk can’t be far behind and wrestling figure collectors will receive the versions of this legendary tag team that they’ve been waiting for.
Batista made his return to the WWE just in time for the Royal Rumble. Despite negative fan reaction and leaving the WWE once again, he has forced himself to stay overwhelmingly positive and take the feedback of the haters with a grain of salt. All hate aside, wrestling figure fans are looking for an updated, modern day version of the Animal who makes his first appearance in an Elite set since his original departure.

The Mattel WWE Battle Packs 29 set features some of the hottest tag teams and rivalries in the WWE today! With newcomers, close siblings and deep rooted grudge matches, the variety is clear this time around. Mattel WWE Battle Packs 29 includes:
Since debuting in the WWE, Los Matadores have brought a stark contrast to the seriousness of the tag team division’s mainstays like The Shield and the Wyatt Family. With wildly exaggerated movesets and eccentric bull fighter outfits, they have become fan favorites among the WWE’s younger generation of fans. With their bull El Torito accompanying them to the ring, their matches have proved entertaining. The Mattel WWE Los Matadores figures will likely feature their pink face masks and current outfits. El Torito is also rumored to be released in an upcoming Mattel WWE Series set, so fans who love Los Matadores will be able to re-create their unique brand of silly action.
Cody Rhodes and Goldust enjoyed a renaissance as they teamed together and captured the WWE Tag Team Championships. Brothers who have long wanted to work together but have been unable to, Cody Rhodes and Goldust took advantage of the opportunity they were given and had a successful run. However, they have since lost their championship glory and Cody has grown increasingly frustrated with his brother. While they haven’t quite moved on from each other, the outlook doesn’t look great. Maybe if they saw their triumphant team-up immortalized in Mattel WWE wrestling figure form they would be more apt to work out their differences.
CM Punk has not been seen nor heard from in the WWE since the 2014 Royal Rumble. Ryback, who once feuded heavily with CM Punk, has moved on to specialize in tag team wrestling with Curtis Axel, but at one point these two monstrous WWE Superstar personalities were at each others throats. Both former ‘Paul Heyman guys,’ this Mattel WWE Battle Pack will likely commemorate their short feud over the services of a manager they both thought they could trust. Though neither ended up benefiting from Paul Heyman in the end, they managed to do their best to outperform each other and it may have been one of CM Punk’s last great endeavors in the WWE.

With Ryback’s newfound ability as a tag-team specialist working hard to own the scene with the likes of Curtis Axel, Ryback has finally found a place in the WWE where he is fully comfortable. A new Mattel WWE Ryback Elite will help ease the demand of this ever-popular WWE Superstar and offer another of his extremely detailed singlets in wrestling figure form.
Since returning to the WWE, Batista will receive his first Mattel WWE Elite figure in years. Hopefully representing his new, Hollywood-style attitude, this Elite will more than likely be packed with a few accessories, and if fans are lucky, a pair of skinny jeans with ripping ability.
Lex Luger was once an unstoppable WWE Superstar, chugging off on the ‘Lex Express’ and taking the WWE Universe by storm. His American-themed outfits and patriotism made him a fan favorite during his short WWE run and wrestling figure fans have been clamoring for a Lex Luger figure since the Mattel WWE Elite and Legends lines have existed.
The Road Warriors, also known as the Legion of Doom, consist of the unstoppable Hawk and Animal. Although they had debut figures in Mattel’s WWE Legends line, they finally make a return, hopefully in the red shoulder pads that fans have been dying for since their original release. If this isn’t the case, fans would certainly be happy with blue shoulder pads or even LOD 2000 attire.
Brock Lesnar looks to end the Undertaker’s streak at WrestleMania 30, but in the meantime his ring attire has changed very little since re-debuting in the WWE. With the possibility of a new headsculpt for an Elite Brock, this figure could give fans another modern day version of the Beast.
