Breaking News 11/16....... Photographs of Jakks excellent new 7" talking set are up now.  Just goto the Back Talkin' Crushers link on the Jakks page to see them!  I will have a more in depth review in this Friday's column.  In the meantime, e-mail me and let me know what you think about this incredible new set of talking figures from Jakks.

NEWS:The new Raw/Heat Series, consisting of Titan Tron Live: Series 1 figures re-released with accessories is showing up in retail stores. This boring set contains re-released Titan Tron Series 1 figures that everyone already owns.

Jakks has also released a series of Maximum Sweat repaints to electronics stores such as Software, Etc. and Babbage's. Maximum Sweat: Special Edition contains metallic repaints of Stone Cold Steve Austin, Undertaker, Road Dogg, Billy Gunn, Edge, and Ken Shamrock. If you are a fan of the Maximum Sweat line, I suggest picking these up.

Is it just me, or did all that controversy over Head, only make Al Snow's figures more popular?  The Al Snow Limited Signed Edition figure is the perfect holiday gift.

Speaking of Holiday gifts, in the next few weeks I will be posting  the Figure Insider's Top Ten WWF Holiday Gifts.  Now I could just use my own opinion in deciding this list but that wouldn't be fair to everyone reading this column.  I want your idea's in determining the top gifts for the holiday season.

Instead of a trivia question this week, Just take a moment to e-mail me at: [email protected] to let me know what your pick is for the number one gift WWF fans want to receive for the holidays and why.  After reading everyone's suggestions, I will take the top ten, and post them right here next week.  Whoever has the best suggestion and the best reasoning to back up that suggestion will win the item that they recommended.

Grapple Gear Series 3 has been in stock for a week and MANY of you have been asking me why it is in Wrestlemania 2000 packaging. Let me answer everyone here. Grapple Gear 3 will show up in your local retail stores around late-Dec. early January. That is 3 months before the Wrestlemania 2000 PPV on April 2nd.

The reason Ringside Collectibles has Grapple Gear Series 3 in stock right now is because all items are shipped to us overnight from the factory in China. Unlike your local store which ships all products by boat from China to California, and then from California to the local distributor, and then from the local distributor to the back room of your local store, and then from the back room of your local store to the shelves.

This brings up another point that I have been e-mailed to death about. Ringside Collectibles charges a few bucks more than your local store because shipping the figures overnight from the factory costs substantially more than shipping by boat.  Plus you get the convenience of having the entire set shipped straight to your door.  There is absolutely no need to spend time going from store to store trying to complete your set.

It's official, WWF The Music Vol. 4 is #4 on the Billboard charts beating out my personal favorite Britney Spears. Ringside Collectibles has the CD available for the absolute LOWEST price on the internet ANYWHERE!!!! CLICK HERE for information on how to get the CD for ONLY $10.99!!!

Final Results of last week's Poll: It's no surprise, the overwhelming majority of you disagrees with Wal-Mart's decision to pull Al Snow's figures from their stores. 97% of those polled chose to take a page out of the Rock's book by shining Head up, turning it sideways, and sticking it straight up Wal-Mart's candy-ass. I can't agree more.  The Limited Edition Signed Al Snow figure is still available but selling very fast.

What do you think about the Al Snow controversy?
Wal-Mart is right, Head represents violence towards women (23) 3%
I would take Head, shine it up real nice, turn it sideways, and stick it straight up Wal-Mart's candy ass!! (877) 97%

CLASSIC JAKKS FIGURE OF THE WEEK:

Triple H

Superstar Series 6

The Triple H Superstars Series 6 figure was originally released in late-summer of 1998, and later re-released and repainted countless times in numerous assortments. Most people were disappointed with his figure in Superstars Series 4, but Triple H's Series 6 figure was a dead-on representation of "The Game" that was incredibly popular. You can still pick up this excellently sculpted figure for only $8.99.

BRING IT TO ME JAKKS!: Is there a certain figure that you would like to see produced or an accessory you would like to see made?  Jakks has told us that they would love to hear your ideas and suggestions for future products!  If you always wanted that Howard Finkel figure to complete your collection or if you think Jakks should come out with Al Snow's frozen dinner with real Pepper meat, all that you have to do is e-mail Jakks with your suggestion.  They just might use it!  All product suggestions sent to: [email protected] will be forwarded directly to Jakks Pacific.
